The week before Thanksgiving (11/21/25) I attempted to rent a vehicle to travel to spend Thanksgiving with my grandkids. Reservation was made weeks in advance. The manager waited until the night before my reservation to inform me that they couldn't fulfill this reservation. Luckily, a two hour drive to San Antonio when I had planned to be on the road to Missouri the next day, I was able to get the vehicle I needed for the trip. I attempted this same reservation for 12/19/25. I guess they wanted to one up their failure from the previous month. Today, one hour before I was to pick up the rental, I received a call from Killeen Airport Car Rental informing me that yet again, they couldn't fulfill my reservation. Now my trip is delayed yet again due to their substandard business practice. There won't be a third attempt. Lesson learned.
