I told them what is a reservation for if I cant get a car. He told me he was going to call me today that they couldn't fulfill my reservation. My reservation was at 11, I got there at 1045. When were you going to call me when I arrived at the location knowing I did not have a car for me? This is ridiculous, if I got a call prior then me arriving i would okay. I can call around and find a car. But whats the point to call me when I already made it to the location.
