Wanted to add an extra driver they then last min went from excepting debit to only expecting credit cards. I don't one never had to use one with them. I've used them like 6 times before. So I told them to take the extra driver off the lady went to the back and came back to tell me she will only except a credit card from me now since we mentioned adding a extra driver before. She made it impossible for me to rent the vehicle for the funeral and we were suppose to be leaving 4am. They never mentioned it until we showed up and I talked to 4 people on different occasions before even showing up.

I was told to come back later for a different vehicle, but after rushing back into town, they still didn’t have one for me. Overall, it was a complete waste of my time and very frustrating. I expected better communication and accountability.

It was very convenient to extend my rental electronically. No hassle, no hidden fees. The car was very nice had that "new car" smell, clean it was a little sporty newer Sonata. If you're not familiar with the area turning in can be tricky, I'd advise going down a little further, turning around, and coming up on that side of the street. Convenient location!
