    This branch stays busy! I’ve been here a few times and I have observed professional, empathic, and caring folks. Shantaal and Trey work hard and it is obvious that they can work hard because they care! I do not need to imagine how their attitudes impact this business. It is evident when you walk in the door!     Ridiculous. Had a reservation for 10a and got there they said they didn’t have the car we reserved and said it’s unavailable. We later then looked at other cars, agreed on the other car and then he said “yea, we couldn’t give you the original car you reserved because you’re paying with debit” but I didn’t give them a payment until we finished looking at other car. Ok boom, we agreed on the second car and then charged an extra $300 on top of the original payment without telling us their policy. Had to leave and give my money somewhere else
