  I went to check out specific cars that were listed online at this location and they were not actually on site. Two times the person helping me disappeared for nearly a half an hour+ when he said he was going to get the car and on a phone call the day before one of the managers straight up lied to me saying that he would have the car brought up from the overflow lot in Austin.

  I definitely felt very welcomed. The process of financing a car was very smooth. Dorian & Jonah made sure were able to get me the car I wanted. 10/10 experience! I love my car very much and will be returning to get another car !

  Hands down the best car buying experience i’ve had! Initially Jonah took my husbands call and set us up for a test drive . That call got us in the door and we’re glad about it!! Taurus was very welcoming and made the car buying experience simple, even thought there was miscommunication on our end the process was seamless and I got more than what I could’ve asked for in a car!! Thank you!!! Will recommend car buying from here to anyone in the market!!

  The entire staff was incredible! I was treated as if I was part of the Enterprise family rather than just a customer. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was very professional. Thank you Cody, Nathan, and Eric!

  We had Nate (Nathan M.) Out of the Killeen location, he was great! He made us laugh and was still able to perform what was needed. Normally you dread dealing with any car salesman, not with Nate. We went back in to complete our deal due to us barely bringing in our trade and Monica talking to me (the spouse) with 0 issue. Had a smile and we were able to joke around. That means s lot to us, we like to deal with people who are real. If someone were to ask me for a number out of 10, easy...16. They went above and beyond asking us questions and also ensured that we were OK and hydrated.
