- SBShalitha ButlerJan 4, 20265.0I went in to have my battery checked and it needed to be replaced. I do have a foreign made vehicle, so replacing the battery was a little difficult. Bryant was very patient and explained everything to me. The store manager, I think his name was Mario, came out to assist Bryant. They were successful in changing out the battery. What should have taken about 10 minutes, took about 20 - 30 minutes. I appreciate their customer service. Thank you gentleman so much!!!
- JJJerseyJan 4, 20262.0I found out that you can pay for an item that you are going to pick up at a different store at the current store. A perfect way to avoid a line and just pick up and go, especially, if you are in a rush. The store that placed the hold on Bellagio should have informed us, and given us the option. The older man here was really slow at the register, not focused, and entered my friend's phone number wrong twice, after supplying the information twice slowly. It took 7 minutes to pay for one item and nobody was on line to checkout. Other employees here were standing around and the older woman manager was not helpful and she was literally next to him on the next register....training is needed to assist customers at a faster rate.
