The first time we brought our car there was 2024. we encountered more problems after it was supposedly fixed. engine lights came back on and 1 brake pad not put in correctly I didnt write a review then cause they fixed the issues So i thought this time we will give them another chance for being patient the 1st time 03 02 26 Recieved a text and saw the list of needed things. We drove there. Spoke to the old manager and told us what we needed. Went to oreillys and autozone. showed them the list. we bought the parts through oriellys at oreillys cause the shop was qouting us twice as much. We went back to the shop to show the receipt. the old manager said it was good as he nodded 03 03 26 We dropped off 3 manifolds. The manager (curly hair) said we only needed 2. we were supposed to buy a catalytic converter. Then we said, but the old guy said the things we purchased were good. So he showed us what we needed. He pointed at the converter. Then he gave us 2 choices. 1st option buy the converter. But hell have to weld it and it'll cost us more. 2nd option was to buy the whole exhaust system. After we spoke to him, we drove to auto zone to buy the catalytic converter cause we couldnt buy the exhaust system anywhere. Also I questioned him about the muffler and was told it was good. But he did say, we needed new struts and sway bar links cause they were broken. 03 04 26. Dropped off the sway bar links and the struts. Later that day, the car was done. Before the alighnment. one worker was trying to over inflate the tires to 48 psi. (Yes, I COMPLAINED) after i asked how much air he was putting. After alignment. We paid and drove the car for a few minutes 03 05 26 i heard a pop. looked at the trunk and it was both side panels and one other part was missing. Yup, the screws were gone, the mechanic failed to put back things where they belong. Also, COMPLAINED about the radio on the right trunk panel not working. We saw them dumpster diving for the parts in hopes of finding it. The manager (curly hair) blamed the wind for those missing parts. Lol, poor excuse. We left cause he told us he was going to order the part this saturday 03 07 26 that was missing from the trunk and to come back Monday 03 06 26 We started hearing a loud noise coming from the catalytic area when the car is put in drive. We took videos. We drove to the shop. One worker had to knock on a door where the manager (old guy) was. He came out talking to someone over the phone then told whoever he was on the phone with bye. I took the video for nothing cause he refused to see it. Then he had the audacity to tell me I COMPLAIN too much. That's when I started to raise my voice. told him that parts were missing from the trunk and the radio not working. Then he made a shh gesture to me and to calm down. (No I did not calm down after telling me i complain too much) my rights as a customer to complain after all of the mishaps. My hubby told him to not tell me to shh. Yes, I said the f word, but was not towards him. When he heard the f word. he told me to get out cause he thought it was towards him. Lol. all I said was, I have a "f" son that I never once told to shh and you are not my mom or dad. Other than that. He told us we needed a new muffler We had no clue, it wasn't on the list of suggestions to purchase for the repairs. In addition to the whole argument the older manager said, to leave the car. hell look at it later cause he was busy. When I asked how long cause we have to go somewhere the next day. He replied in a soft voice, dont care. We care for our safety. Its obvious that they dont. He also refused to look at the car when I asked for a moment to identify where the noise was coming from. Suggesting that its the muffler After all the disrespect (shhh, dont care and that I COMPLAIN too much) I no longer trust them with my vehicle aside from all these issues and failures, this mechanic shop needs to improve on thier communication skills and customer service to avoid confusion. Edit they told me to delete my review

Very unprofessional and rude experience. I arrived with a customer’s vehicle that had been repaired at this shop the day before but broke down again. When I got there, the main entrance to the property was completely blocked by two of the shop’s trucks parked right at the driveway. Because of that, my 27-foot tow truck could not access the parking area where vehicles are normally unloaded. The customer walked to the office by themselves while I stayed with the tow truck waiting for instructions on where they wanted the vehicle unloaded. While walking to the office, the customer politely asked the staff if they could move one of their trucks so I could enter the lot. They refused. After waiting for a while, I had no choice but to carefully loop around the building with a 27-foot truck just to reach the parking area and unload the car. Shortly after I unloaded it, two employees came out and told me not to leave the vehicle there and asked me to reload it and move it closer to the garage entrance. I cooperated, loaded the vehicle again, and moved it exactly where they asked. When I was almost finished unloading for the second time, the same guys told me they wanted the vehicle positioned at a different angle facing the garage. In order to do that maneuver with a truck my size, I would have needed access through the main entrance — the same entrance they had blocked with their own trucks. I again politely asked if they could move one of the trucks so I could safely maneuver. They refused and instead told me to leave the property, go out onto a busy main road, and come back in backwards through a narrow driveway with a 27-foot truck. After all the back-and-forth, the person giving these instructions introduced himself as the owner of the business. As a tow truck driver who regularly delivers vehicles to many repair shops, this was one of the most difficult and disrespectful drop-off experiences I’ve had. I even attached photos showing how the entrance was blocked. Based on this experience and what I’ve heard from customers, I would recommend people think carefully before bringing their vehicle here.
