  Rented an SUV from Alamo Rent A Car in Killeen TX and overall, the experience was good. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, reliable, and comfortable. Due to some changes in plans, I had to extend the rental for two extra weeks, and thankfully, the online system made that process very easy and smooth. One downside was when I returned the vehicle, there was no one at the desk, so I had to drop the keys in a return box. It would’ve been better to hand it over to someone directly. That said, the overall cost was reasonable for an SUV rental, and the convenience of the extension process made things easier. Would consider using them again.

  I reserved a vehicle from today at 12:30pm until tomorrow at 12:30pm. It was not available when I went to pick it up. The lady (manager) told me to come back at 04:00 pm to pick up the vehicle. I came back at 04:00 pm. The vehicle still not available. The manager told me they are putting gas and vehicle is getting clean up. After 40 minutes waiting, I am getting offered a vehicle smaller in size of what I am renting. So, I had to declined their poor offer. After coming back twice to this place, I am not even offer a ride back home. Alamo got some serious customer service problem. Don’t rent from this place they don’t value your time and effort.

  Hello I requested a car and got a good deal so far I even paid for it in advance and got no email on my reservation tell me all the info . I did get a confirmation number but no one will verify it is correct.
