- EREddie RuizJul 31, 20254.0Rented an SUV from Alamo Rent A Car in Killeen TX and overall, the experience was good. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, reliable, and comfortable. Due to some changes in plans, I had to extend the rental for two extra weeks, and thankfully, the online system made that process very easy and smooth. One downside was when I returned the vehicle, there was no one at the desk, so I had to drop the keys in a return box. It would’ve been better to hand it over to someone directly. That said, the overall cost was reasonable for an SUV rental, and the convenience of the extension process made things easier. Would consider using them again.

We ended up getting an Audi for a great price. We actually didn't want a luxury car but it was all they had and we weren't charged any extra. In fact we got a great deal on a weekly rental by adding an extra day, oddly enough. Our experience was very positive.
