They tested the battery and informed that the battery was bad but it came from Walmart and should still be under warranty even if I wasn't the one to buy it originally. The tech could have easily just sold me another battery for $160 but was real with me right before Christmas no less. They will definitely be getting my business from this day forth.

The bulbs were unused, still within the 45‑day return window, and clearly returnable under store policy. An older lady looked like in her 70s (not even stationed at the register) walked up and told me I couldn’t return them because the package was open and “not resellable.” That’s simply not true—Advance Auto Parts’ policy allows returns of unused items within the timeframe. Instead of helping, she insisted incorrectly and refused the return. I went to another Advance Auto Parts location right after, and they processed the return without issue, proving she didn’t know or follow company policy. Bottom line: inconsistent service, poor training, and wasted time.

Those 3 were running around like chickens with there head cut trying to help everyone .Pete was literally cleaning and organizing & helping when I told him to take a break he refused stating things have to be done and someone has to do that guy needs a raise this is the only store I go to because of how helpful and knowledgeable they are!
