    I purchased a part from the store because I was told I needed it. I used the part only to be told that was not the problem. I was not told I could not return the part even though I was told the store has a no same return policy. Zack and Joe Tayler I'm certain have taken advantage of other older women and offered no resolution. I was told I should've have read the return policy on the window or on the disability counter. I will not shop there again. The part was $600.00. Killeen, TX. 76542

    I went to the store on S. Ft. Hood Rd, employee ask me was I looking for another employee (Ocee) I said are you able to help me. He then said he would try,,, I said I had a return. From looking at the bag he ask if it was brakes, I advised yes. He looked at them ask if they had been used. I said no. Not looking at the receipt showing I had just purchased the night before, but I end not needing them, I purchased the wrong ones. He then said hmmm, they look like they have been used, I then said why would I bring them back if I used them. He stated people do it all the time and I said to him, I am one person, but I willngo to a different location. O ask his name he said Brian, Bryan. I felt some type of ways no customer service, very dry. Also felt discrimation.

    As a Soldier is great to have amazing customer service from this auto zone. Vicki took great care of me and my battery issues. Will definitely go back for an issues I believe they can fix. Thank you!!!
