  Tyree and Mario were absolutely AMAZING. There was a handle that was stuck and instead of sending me somewhere else they both took the time to get it fixed. Tyree also took the time to explain what he was doing and what I needed to do if it happened again!! Save yourself some time and just go see Tyree and Mario at autozone!!

  My brake light was out and came here and Tyree J. And Emory W. were absolutely the best they showed me what I needed and as well, they helped me. I am a disabled person and I truly appreciate it all the help that they gave and provided for me. I would recommend anyone to come to this location if you ever need help with minor things on your vehicle, they went above and beyond.

  Very helpful and friendly. I wish I could remember his name. Had tats on his arms. I believe it was a manager who replaced my battery, and pointed out that the battery brace was missing. He showed me the part on Amazon and how to install. Always great service at AutoZone. Thank you!!

  Mario, the Store Manager of this location was absolutely amazing. From walking into the store, I was greeted immediately and helped soon after he was finished with another customer. Friendly, greeted with a smile and eager to help. I’ll say.. Of all my experiences in other Autozones in the area I truly appreciate Mario’s service. Not only did he help me get the right things specific for my vehicle needs, he encouraged me to come back when I knew the issues I was having was more than my “imagination.” (Mind you I told him my light was out, and of course.. it wasn’t out when I showed up 😂) Mario came out to check the levels of my vehicle’s coolant & fluid since I went to get an oil change from Valvoline in HH and on paper it said my coolant was low. It wasn’t low 🙄 I bought the coolant still though! Me knowing “I’m just a girl” he didn’t make me feel stupid, he educated me, showed me where things were and how to check if I needed a fluid top off.. etc. He also replaced the bulb after confirming it was burnt out! In this Texas heat! All in all, I highly recommend going to this store in Killeen off Clear Creek and talking with Mario. He’s amazing, and will set you up for success. It is worth the drive. Thank you for helping me! I know you did more than what is required of you, and you went out of your way!
