  Called to get a quote for brake flush. I was told $109 plus tax. I went about an hour later and they pulled the car in. After waiting 20 minutes they had the tires off and told it would $118 and said the misquoted the price. I said they needed to honor the price they quoted me earlier. They said they haven't started the service yet and could put wheels back on of you don't want it done. So I told them to put the wheels back on and left. They do not know anything about customer service or customer retention. I will never take any of my cars there again. VALVOLINE is just across the street.

  Receive service for an oil change they got oil all over my vehicle on the driver side door and driver side passenger door be aware when paying with cash you will not get your full amount of change back will not be coming back

  Asked about lube on the driveshaft of Toyota four runner. They said cars don’t have them anymore and I informed him four runner has 6 zerts. After changing oil I asked him if they found them and performed service and he stated once again it does not have any!! So now I have to find another shop to finish this job.. never use grease monkey again..

  I came in yesterday 02/20, and had a great experience from start to finish. Two gentlemen serviced my car there for an oil change and they had amazing customer service, they were extremely fast, and explained the prices upfront while also helping me get the coupons online to save some money! If you need an oil change, I highly recommend stopping by! It was the most seamless process I’ve had with getting an oil change. Thank y’all again!
