I went to the location on Benson to get an estimation. The Secretary was helpful, hospitable, and knowledgeable. She shared that her location did not take the insurance and referred me to the location on Junction Highway. They were just as helpful! The process was smooth! From registering the claim, dropping off the car, to the estimation of the repair. I even left my garage opener in the car and was locked out of my home. I went back after closing hour and a gentleman was locking up for the day. He took the time to go back to the gated lot to retrieve the device from my car. He went the extra mile! A member even walked with me to the car to examine the final repair and wished me well and safety in the future! The kindness and professionalism is beyond 5 stars!
