  I've used this wash often. There's a few wash options before you drive through. Honestly, it can take a second run through and often the vehicle needs a manual scrubbing before driving through to get the job done. They often do a minimal brushing of the front but this has been inconsistent for me. An issue I've had here is with the monthly membership. They offer an unlimited wash for a monthly fee. It was a hassle to cancel. They kept billing my account after I cancelled and when I called it was a fuss to get more than a months refund. The employee told me it was their policy to only refund one month. I cancelled with a phone call as well as the drive through. They kept billing my account and must of signed me back up (or never cancelled) without my knowledge as soon as I came back. This attitude, that it's their right to just keep your card billing is nonsense. I shouldn't have to argue with a teenager who's been instructed to tell me their rules when I call. The "policy" can be settled in small claims court. On the bright side, it's a almost new facility and the employees have always been friendly. They have complementary vacuums for customers. For the money neighborhood kids can do a better job.

  Daunte was outstanding! And the top tier wash got all of the bugs off the grill of my car. I travel a lot and they were caked on and I’m glad I chose Mister. car wash. Bring your car here for a little pampering!

  Cancel this membership due to they can't put in a correct card number. Then they keep running your card through over and over at four in the morning when you've canceled your membership. I don't recommend this place tried calling their toll-free number. Nobody comes to the phone at this place. The guy says he canceled it, but they're still running it through.. I felt the brushes were too harsh on my new car. There would be no water, basically scratching my car.

  Staff has great positive energy. They know my car and the dog in it 😂 I appreciate the enthusiasm. I do wish the vacuums had more features than just the compressed air. I’ve been to others that have leather cleaner and floor Matt cleaners
