Amber was very kind and professional, very pleasant to speak to. The other gentleman there was very friendly as well. They got me in immediately and had me out the door in no time. The environment there was quiet and cozy. Would most definitely recommend anyone take them their business. And for those who don't know, if you're getting wheels aligned they will honor a 30 dollar off discount with the online screenshot. Just look up cheapest wheel alignment on leave city, and I think it's mavis.com (sorry NTB) Thanks for a pleasant experience guys.

When they finished, I asked the mechanic, did you balance it?He and the front counter guy both said, no, that I didn't ask for it. I said , yes , I did , and he wanted to nicely argue with me. Needless to say , I walked out with just a rotation, no balance. Uugghh.

The people were nice but when I got my car back, I popped the hood to look at my coolant, cause I knew it was a little low and they didn’t top it off for me. I thought topping off fluids came with all oil changes and when I asked about it, she said that they don’t do that. So that’s unfortunate. Maybe a policy issue, But other than that, everything else is great.
