  Always soap left on my car after the rinse. Not just a little. Please fix or I’ll have to cancel my monthly plan and find somewhere else to go.

  I’ve been a customer at Take 5 Car Wash since December, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently frustrating. I signed up for the unlimited monthly wash, but toward the end of almost every month the system starts saying I’ve already used all my washes—even though the plan is supposed to be unlimited. This has happened repeatedly, and dealing with it every time is exhausting. The final straw was being told I had to put the membership sticker on my window. My pass was already working in the system, so forcing me to stick something on my car just doesn’t make sense. If the pass scans and works, why require a sticker? It feels unnecessary and inconvenient. Between the constant issues with the “unlimited” plan and the rigid policies, the experience has been more frustrating than it should be. Because of this, I canceled my membership today and will be taking my business elsewhere.

  It will be impossible to try to contact them directly through a phone number. It has a ai voice saying press 4 to speak directly to the car wash customer care, then once you press 4 it rings one time then repeats what it just said when you first called. Just completely awful
