While going through the wash, we heard something hitting the car, and afterward found scratches from front to back. Employees later discovered fishing line and a weight tangled in the brushes. The damage is one thing, but the complete lack of follow-up is unacceptable. I expected management to contact us to resolve this but have still yet to hear anything.

Mainly bc I didn’t want to stick it on my glass and have a hard time removing and it’s been an easy solution. Last time I came, a man told me I needed to have stuck to my windshield where he could see it or he wouldn’t let me through. (As in already in the drive through with cars behind me to be next to go through) I told him I’d do it when I clean my glass windshield from the inside so that it would be a clean slate. He said if I don’t do it in front of him, he won’t let me and I told him, I pay for the membership and he can check my card and name and vehicle and was going to let me through bc I just told him I’d do it after I clean my wind shield . So he did. And I did what I said I would do. Just came to clean my car with my membership, and he canceled my membership without my permission…. I’m shocked and also what kind of business does that?? Just wow.
