Allie at this branch made sure that I was able to get an SUV so I could move back to Ohio. She called me as soon as one was returned as she had promised, told us to come in 30 minutes and it would be ready to go. Allie had us out of the store and in the vehicle within 15 minutes upon arrival. I cannot thank her enough for her help and amazing customer service she supplied this day. She also was able to answer any questions we had along our journey regarding the return policy. If I could rate her more than 5 stars I would.

When you reserve a car in advance for pickup at a certain time, there is no reason for you to have to sit and wait 45 minutes to actually get the car. Then, when you inquire about the delay, there is no reason why you should get a bunch of attitude from a young woman acting like a snotty brat. Don’t waste your time on this place.
- GPG PSep 11, 20252.0All I can say is renter BEWARE when renting a car at the Keller Texas location. Make sure ALL damage is noted on the contract and do your own inspection before leaving the lot. If you return the car with damage not noted (or missed) during pick up then you are immediately at the mercy of Enterprise. I have VIP Executive status as a frequent renter with National/Enterprise. This is the first time to be scrutinized for hail damage to a vehicle. Although it was finally resolved (only because it was discovered that there were several other cars on the lot that had hail damage as well) otherwise it would’ve been my responsibility to pay or prove differently. Bottom line….. ensure all damage is duly noted before you leave the location. Make sure you do your own thorough inspection as well.
