Unfortunately, on February 8, 2026, I had my worst experience ever at the AutoZone located at 151 N Main St, Keller, TX 76248. I went in to exchange a spark plug socket I had purchased just two days earlier. The employee shown in the attached photo was rude from the moment I walked in. He refused to help me find the correct socket and treated me as if I were asking for a favor rather than a basic customer service request. When I asked him to stop being rude, he told me he didn’t care. This level of customer service is unacceptable and very disappointing.

They often carry parts other auto parts stores don't, but when I ask for help they are down right mean and do not care about customers. They will lock the doors before closing and try and hide rather than let you buy stuff, and when you need help or have questions, they will literally refuse to help. I started shopping with their competitor who's name starts with an "O" and they will bend over backwards to help. I will not be back to Autozone.
