- SSSkyAug 15, 20251.0Came in yesterday to use the “rent a tool” service that i’ve used before here for some ramps and the employee just stares at me like she cant understand english and doesn’t even smile or know how to greet people so i end up buying them and returning the item the next day after im done using it then gives me some bs excuse that i cant return them me knowing they would say that ofc they could of at least let me know yesterday instead of wasting my time instead of using common sense and good customer satisfaction.
