  I took my Wife’s Tesla to Tint World Katy for a Tesla certified wrap and tint. Jason was awesome. He was very responsive and informative. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us updates along the way. We went with the matte finish. The car turned out way better than expected. It looks like an awesome Batmobile now! Definite head turner. Go to Tint World Katy for your PPF and Tint!

  Excellent service! They installed CarPlay on my car and it was impeccable. The equipment was very professional, the installation was quick and they left no cables in sight. The system works very smoothly and connects automatically when I get on. Totally recommended!"

  I had my Model 3 tint here last year. Now I bring my Mbenz GLE here again for the ultimate package. Great experience at Tint World. Jason was friendly and professional, and they explained the options clearly. The tint job came out clean with no bubbles, and it made a big difference in heat and privacy. Fast service and quality work—definitely recommend. And I have already booked for my Model X here for Xpel tint too.

  While I can’t speak to the quality of the work itself, the older gentleman working the front desk was noticeably rude, not the kind of customer service you’d expect when spending good money. First impressions matter, and this one left a lot to be desired. I’d recommend the management take a look at how customers are being greeted. Edit: The reason you have no record of my business is simple, as noted in my original review, the interaction at the front desk was off-putting enough that I chose not to proceed. You won’t find my name because I never made it past that first impression. I’d also encourage you to look at the bigger picture, if multiple customers are leaving similar reviews, it may not be an isolated incident. It could be a systematic issue worth addressing, or at minimum, a sign that someone on your team is consistently having a bad day in a customer facing role. Either way, it’s worth looking into rather than dismissing. Also worth noting, Jason’s response was posted on a Sunday, when your location is closed. That tells me no one actually spoke to any staff about this. It reads as a copy paste reply made without any genuine effort to look into the concern. That kind of response only reinforces the point.

  I washed my car and messed up the tint in one window. 🤷‍♀️ Left my information with one tint company and then discovered Tint World. It was 5:30 and they closed at 6:00, but there was a number to call so I did. The gentleman answered all my questions and never said he couldn’t tint the ONE window. My car is 15 years old and it didn’t have to be perfect. I could come in the next day, they opened at 8 am and it was first come, first serve. I was first. Everyone was coming in and I stayed in my car until after 8 am. I was told windex was the culprit. They took my car and I waited. Everyone was so kind. The price was right - ONE window was done and it was a perfect match. Quick and easy.
