Had a bad experience today after I saw a BMW online that was priced ~48k. It was a good price , hence I went over and visited. The sales lady , Tracy , was nice and showed us the car. When I asked for the walk out the doorprice etc , the price was suddenly changed to ~62k. They said they made a mistake and were correcting it. I showed a similar car (1 was at a bmw dealership, 1 y older and had 65 i/o 50k miles and was priced at 50k usd, much nicer color). First they brought a manager from new car sales and after him someone from pre owned but they would not own up to their mistake. He said they owned the car for 60k. All in all a very disappointing experience. People can make mistakes but after reading some of the reviews here , it seems maybe just a a way to get people in. I would not spend my money here!!

HORRIBLE!! Getting at least one star because Caden is 10/10!! BUT, if I was you I would definitely consider any other dealership before going here. Super super short version of the buying experience: Drove over an hour to purchase a specific vehicle that I saw online. When arrived, gentleman I spoke with over the phone acknowledged me, told me the vehicle would be pulled up and that person would be with me shortly. Waited over 30 minutes to be helped; which I am not one to complain about waiting if it's clear that everyone is very busy. This was not the case, salesmen were standing around shooting the shit, no care in the world. The individual that was supposed to be helping me, just kept making eye contact but never asked if I was who he brought the car up for. After contemplating to leave, I chose to ask if I was going to be helped or not. Then conveniently I was acknowledged and brought out to test drive. Time to discuss numbers and was told by salesman, Malick that he was here to fight for me, help me get the price I needed. He came back after talking numbers and I was told that gentleman would come talk to me; Malick is going to go help the next person. The experience felt like I wasn't valued as a customer making a big financial decision. The treatment felt like I wasn't good enough to be there, like I didn't have the right amount of money. I was either waiting on the salesman because he was with other customers or I couldn't find him when needed. Just a very unprofessional, non welcoming, uncomfortable feeling. Was called 3 days later asking me to drive all the way back because service did not inspect the vehicle. Didn’t have a choice but to go back cause the law is that vehicles need to be inspected/registered. Saw my car was done, waited over 45 minutes before addressing what was taking so long. Was told the gentleman, Joe went into a meeting. Needless to say, yet again I was walking out of there PISSED. 100/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION OF YOUR SALE!!!!!

What a total waste of time taken off and driving 4 hours round trip, i spoke to Jason at Shottenkirk Nissan several times before i made the drive and i asked him several times many important questions about price, vehicle history, accurate mileage and everything was good until i showed up at 9:30 am like i said i would driving all the way from Victoria Texas and i get there the vehicle a 2024 Volkswagen Taos was not even washed, with a check engine light after Jason told me the car had only 21k miles and that they took it to Volkswagen to get it taken care of which was all lies and then they set this sheet down and now the price is now $2993.00 more if i want to buy it outright the sale price of $19794.00 is only if i finance and i said fine i will finance but then the manager told me i had to get it with a propack life time tint for $796 and Ceramic Paint Protection for $2195.00 keep in mind the prices for these two items were higher before i took the picture. They refused to sell it to me for $19794 cash or finance! I told my granddaughter before we drove up there that we might not come back with a vehicle, and the dealership proved me right unfortunately!! I am just one person, but they lost me as a customer within 10 minutes!

I arrived at Katy Nissan at 7:20am for my 7:30a appointment. Told them I'll be leaving to get breakfast. I've had my car since 2021, my previous services they gave me text updates on the service and how much it would be. I went to the mall, Walmart, and got something to eat and no update or phone call. I arrive back at 11:30 to wait. I looked through the window to see if my car was still in service, it was. So I waited a little longer. Around 12:30 I got up again to check, and it wasn't there anymore. I went to check with my advisor, and when I walked through the door I saw it sitting on the side ready. My advisor, George, saw me and told me its ready and to give him 5 minutes to get my paper work. I went to sit back down. After 20 minutes of waiting I went back to see what was taking so long, no one was a the desk but this one guy on his phone. I waited for about 10 more minutes. Didn't see my advisor while other were walking in and out. No other advisor tried to help while I was standing there waiting. George finally came back. Didnt leave until 1:15pm. I was there for 6 hours just for them to put Freon in my car. Half my day is gone. Gave 2 stars because I finally have cold air again, and was charged a discounted price. It started off good but the long wait and getting ignored changed that. I

BE AWARE!!! BE AWARE!!! Had a terrible experience this past weekend at Shottenkirk Nissan. I was interested in a 2025 Nissan Kicks Sr advertised on their website for $20,171. I called and spoke to a salesman who verified the car was still available and the price was correct. I made him aware I would be driving from 3 hours away to look at and possibly buy the car. I also let him know I had financing ready with my bank. Upon arrival I was greeted by a salesman who let me know the car in question was currently being sold to another person. I was in shock and asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to manager Caden who upon giving details he realized the car being sold was a different one and not the one I wanted. Simple mistake no big deal. I test drove the car and let the salesman know I would like to buy the car. He then comes out with the breakdown of the price and tells me the price of the vehicle is $20,171 plus two mandatory add ons totaling $5490 (Propack lifetime tint and ceramic paint protection). I did not want these but was told the manager would not sell me the car without buying the two add ons. The only thing I could do was negotiate the price of the add ons. I was also told they did not take other banks and I would have to use/apply through their lenders. Long story short after a bit of a back and forth negotiating with the manager through the salesman, we came to an agreed price of $24,599 and I would finance through their lender. At this point the dealer was closed and we agreed to come back first thing Saturday morning to finish with financing. For me, this ment I would have to stay the night at a hotel. We arrived first thing Saturday morning, thinking it would be a fast and easy last step with financing. We were greeted by the finance guy who congratulated me on being approved and showed me the rates and terms. Along with the rates and terms he told me that the manager would not sell me the car without getting more add ons (gap and extended warranty) he also stated that I could buy the add ons and then cancel them within 30 days. I did not want to do this. I was then told the manager would not sell me the car because he had already lost money on the car and needed to make it up elsewhere. I was in shock and in disbelief. More mandatory add ons, I felt lied to and deceived. I thanked the finance guy for his time and told him I would take my business elsewhere. What I think happened: they made a mistake when advertising the vehicle at a much lower price. I know this because that same night while negotiating they took the post down and updated the price to a higher price $24,878. When they realized it they had to honor the lower price but tried to make it up by all these mandatory add ons. Or just simply "BAIT AND SWITCH" tactics. I honestly felt like they did not want to sell me the car and almost wanted me to walk away. This was my experience and at the end of the day they wasted my time and money, just shady shady stuff. I will be filling a complaint with FTC.
