  Cancelling our membership after being with them for 4 years. We don’t feel safe there anymore. They have an employee named Adam who loves to threaten customers. He saw my 6 year old was in the car and was nervously asking what happened but still he didn’t back off. We were there around 8:30 is, 30 mins before closing. I know they have a time limit of 10 mins and we have always adhered to it. Most of the stalls were empty that evening with only 6-7 cars in the vacuuming area so we took a little longer than 10 mins. Adam came and very rudely (threatening) asked my husband to leave. He was also physically way too close to my husband. My husband was taken aback and asked Adam if he actually said LEAVE NOW. Adam’s tone and physical promixity scared me and I got out of the car asking him what happened. He still didn’t fix his threatening tone and physical distance. It matter to him that there was super scared 6 year old in the car witnessing this. We decided to leave immediately. I don’t feel comfortable going there anymore because of this Adam’s threatening demeanor.

  If some drive thru car wash could just figure out how to dry the car. It appears that all of these drive thru places could use more blowers.
