  This was the best car repair experience I’ve ever had! Setting up the appointment and getting a quote were super easy! And the best part is they come to you. When Jorge arrived he was very polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend NuBrakes!!

  Tommy Lee is my guy! Such a good, kind energy to start, but also went above and beyond with his service. I travel for work and he was able to fit me in quickly before I left from down south to New England. He changed out my rusted rotors and break pads in no time, then test ran my vehicle to make sure everything was safe. Not only that, a small flap had lost the pins keeping it in place in the back (completely unrelated to the service) and he was able to zip tie the flap for me so it wasn’t hanging and tell me where I can get new pins. Traveling can be daunting and his service gave me one less thing to worry about on my trip (actually 3 less things)! Can’t thank him enough!

  Edgar notified me of his expected arrival time and showed up on the dot. He was knowledgeable and proficient, changing my front brakes and flushing the brake fluid In about one hour (for about $500 less than the car shop quoted). I’m glad to have found NuBrakes.

  I am a waitress so customer service is Important to me. NuBrakes from start to finish was fantastic. From the initial conversation about what was going on with my car- to the quote I received- to Edgar arriving and fixing my car for me- everything was 100% smooth sailing. Id recommend this company over and over. Easily a 10/10 for me. Edgar was so professional, and you could tell he truly cared about the customer and gave me a honest and fair assessment as to what I needed to drive safely moving forward. I couldn't be more satisfied with this company. Thank you!
