  Great service by Zach. I was immediately greeted at the door for a flat tire and confirmed it could be patched, saving the need to buy a replacement. Quick service and an overall great experience.

  There’s nothing I hate more than walking out to my truck and seeing the head of a nail/screw in my tire. Fortunately for me, there’s an NTB near my office where I can get it patched quickly, so I stopped in and got great service from Zac C. who was keenly aware of my rush and desire to get back on the road quickly. He let me know my options ahead of time, then went outside and checked on the tire. When he came back in, he let me know that this would be a quick & easy fix given the location of the nail, and promised to have me out of the place in a few minutes. During my visit, he gave me a heads up on the progress and was true to his word; I was back on the road within 15 minutes. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for two decades, and I appreciate really good customer service when I see or receive it. If the leadership at Mavis wants to move in the right direction with their customers, they’ll talk to Zac right away & ask him to help them with customer interactions at their other locations. The guy was solid & a great ambassador for the company.
