  The worst car service I have ever been to. Vaccums and air pumps dont have enough pressure. They dont have towels to dry your car after the wash. They expect you to buy a towel. I have never seen bad car wash as this. Dont ever go there

  I’ve been a customer, unlimited washes, since they opened at this location. I had to replace several rim protectors for my 2021 Tesla because the machine breaks them off.However, after complaining verbally to one of the Managers, he told me to ask the operator to place my wash in low -profile mode. It’s been at least 6months without incidents. I wash my car frequently. On 3/22/2026, I came to wash my car , rolled my window down and asked the Operator ( new employee) ) please put it on low- profile. He said ok. I pulled my car around to dry off and vacuum the interior. The vacuum didn’t work on one side, which often is the case. I noticed my rim protector was off. They found it in the wash and it was broken. I filed an incident report. Nick , GM, called me to say they were not going to replace it. It’s the principle of the situation. He could have offered a free month car wash . Etc… I wasn’t asking for much but was tired of buying new rim protectors after washing my car at this Location.

  Every single time I get my car washed here, it’s the worst experience. I end up having to wash it again somewhere else or spend extra time and effort using my own water and spray liquid to clean it myself. They don’t use enough water to soak the car, the amount of soap is minimal, and the pressure is insufficient. There’s absolutely no point in getting a car wash subscription because I end up spending more to wash it elsewhere or wasting my time on the leftover spots that are unsoaked. I even have to buy my own wash towels. It’s a very stingy model to offer subscriptions for a wash.

  There is just better places for the same price. I had an emergency so had to stop. Even at the base price, you should be receiving a clean car, not have spots missed and debris left on the vehicle. Every car wash needs to go touchless I cannot emphasize that enough. Still had leaves, dirt streaks, and bugs on the windshield.
