This location is very different they looked at me in my car for at least 1 minute before anyone approached me. There was only one car I front of me . Instead of them to say welcome leave you car and you can come inside. The young lady asked what service I needed told me it was going to be a 15-20 wait mind you there were 3 people on staff just standing there having a good time. I sat there for 4 mins to see what they would do or say. When I noticed how terrible there customer service was, I drove off to another jiffy lube 12 mins away. Never again!

The young lady told me how many cars were ahead of me and still got me finished and on the road ahead of time. What impressed me most was that the shop and waiting area was clean and the employees there were all happy and respectful. Such a great combination for loyal clients like me! They were loading the oil tanks in the bay my vehicle sat sand scratched the bottom of the bumper pulling out hose and acted like nothing happened. I had to get out of vehicle and show them. Lastly they couldn’t reset light.
