Kevin went above and beyond for my situation and did exactly what he promised. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I will never go back to Discount Tire.

    Kevin was very patient and great help! He was diligent in the repair process and got great information. The store was busy and he made sure to take care of every single customer even though he was alone! Excellent customer service and great attention to detail!
