  We requested a tow. When they arrived I requested the vehicle be unloaded bumper first. The driver was first and foremost dismissive and disinterested. He said simply "no". I was taken aback as no explanation was offered, if for no other reason he could be polite answering the request. I asked that he please drop off as I was requesting and again, "no". I asked why not and he said because it wasn't loaded to allow him too. I just didn't know how to respond and tried to explain that I needed it loaded that way due to HOA concerns. He just stared at me, and I guess I just didn't know to respond and I just stared back. He gave a neck roll and as if to say "anything else?". I was uncomfortable and I stepped back and without another word, he proceeded to ignore my request and unload it opposite the way I asked. The 12-mile tow was $250 and they couldn't, no - wouldn't accommodate the request. Bad customer service at best and if he didn't know how to do, incompetence at worst. When I have to deal with things like this, I try not to feel the need to have a male around when dealing with things like this, because of the dismissiveness and rudeness servicemen can sometimes show. I can't help but think he would not have behaved that way, if he wouldn't do it, if he were dealing with a man. I was upset and I was disappointed. To top it off, the office said, sure we can have him come back ... for $95. Just choose a different tow company. Awfully upsetting encounter.

  0 stars!! The heavyset tow driver on 3/11/26 was rude, dismissive, insulting, and UNPROFESSIONAL. He came to our property (private business) to tow a truck for our customer, and he drove straight through our yard (after a heavy rain) and destroyed our grass. We patiently asked him to not drive through our yard on his way out, and he retorted “I don’t need you to tell me how to do my job,” amongst yelling several obscenities at us. It is very disappointing how disrespectful he was.

  Golbow's never let's us down always exceptional service Gerado was top tier very knowledgeable hard working young man, also gave us a great price plus gave a ride just around the block he insisted on us not having to walk.

  The service from this business and staff was/is great. They always picked/picks up my phone calls and that’s all I ask for from any businesses out there. They also assisted me well with my questions.

  Absolutely fantastic service! Patrick Simmons arrived far far faster than my initial eta of 1 hour. He arrived after only fifteen minutes. He was friendly and respectful, quick but careful in his work. I’m extremely happy with all that he’s done, and I would absolutely go with this company again in the future for towing my car.
