JESUS LIVES!!Because He lives we can face today and tomorrow amen!🙏🏽 Hey guys so my family and we’re headed to the YMCA and I just so happen to drive by EXPRESS OIL CHANGE drove in and got my oil changed by a young man that goes by the name Tyler. He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this establishment if you’re looking for quality work and professionalism. We were in and out about 12 mins give or take.   Went to get an alignment over the weekend and got quoted $129. Then some other guy (supervisor / manager) came out, looked at my SUV and said that since it was lifted 2" and put of specs, they wouldn't be able to do because their computer "only provides non-lifted specs". I had to educate him myself and tell him they don't need the values because the machine will give them the current settings and all I needed was the front toe at zero and the camber at - 0.5 or close to it. Then he said that he couldn't offer the warranty and I told him I didn't need a warranty, I just needed the alignment done. Then he said it was $189, and I told him I was already quoted $129. He said "that guy you talked to doesn't know anything"...a real professional manager indeed. I told him he was crazy to charge $189, especially after I was already quoted. I left and went to Firestone down the road on Mason. They just reopened the location it seemed. Oscar greeted me, I explained that I had a lifted SUV and that I didn't need warranty. He said no worries, they would put it back to factory specs for $129. He explained my SUV had electronic steering, so it would be another $20 to ensure the steering wheel was recalibrated. Plus he said it would all have a 12-month warranty. When I went to pick up that afternoon, he said that if I wanted to get a lifetime warranty and have free alignments in any Firestone in the US for as long as I owed the SUV, it would be $189. So I paid the $189 and now have lifetime warranty with it. Avoid Express Oil for any alignment work... Take it to Oscar down the road at Firestone on Mason...you'll thank me for it.
