  The team could care less about the maintenance on the vehicle, it seems that they may be paid commission for upselling things like filters for $45 dollars that you can purchase for $10 and install for free. The mechanics start out nice, but as you decline their sales they are not as friendly as they were in the beginning. Then when I go to pay and pull out the coupon that Valvoline sent to my email, it was as if I was an inconvenience. Then the coupon that is not expired does not work, Naila acts like it is my problem flips the computer around to prove that it is not good when you can see in my email from Valvoline that it is clearly still good. Probably won’t go back unless I am short on time. I would rather take my car back to the dealership where I got it and the service is impeccable. I would suggest don’t send out coupons unless you can honor them, and if they are clearly good have your managers push them through. I work in retail as a manager and would be very upset if my team treated our customers like this.

  I went for an oil change and lightbulb. I had a great experience. They were very friendly and patient with my many questions. Hanzeh explained everything very clearly and went over the recommended services for my car. He even introduced me to a service I didn't even know Valvoline offered (tire rotation) lol. Jero and Ransom were also very helpful. I will be back and I highly recommend this location. Thank you.

  On Saturday, October 11, 2025, my oil light came on unexpectedly, and shortly after, my car became undrivable—leaving me stranded at a stop sign. Thankfully, a tow truck driver was able to assist me and help me get home safely. The following day, Sunday, October 12, 2025, I returned to Valvoline and spoke with an employee named Naila. I explained the situation and showed her the current mileage on my car, along with the oil change sticker. The sticker displayed an incorrect mileage—off by about 87,000 miles. This mistake directly contributed to the breakdown of my vehicle. Shockingly, Naila attempted to take the sticker from me and discard it, which I found extremely inappropriate. She then informed me that the manager, Noah, was not in that day but that she would try calling him. After about 15 minutes, she returned to tell me that Noah was only willing to offer 20% off my next oil change. She also stated he told her that I should have caught their mistake and come back sooner—completely dismissing any responsibility on the part of Valvoline or its employees. I made it very clear to Naila that this response was unacceptable. I trusted Valvoline to provide professional service, and it should not be my responsibility to double-check the work done by your team. Naila apologized but said there was nothing else she could do. I visited Take 5 today (October 13, 2025) to have my oil changed. After explaining the situation, they were kind enough to offer $25 off their service and even apologized on behalf of Valvoline’s poor handling of the situation. This entire experience has been beyond disappointing. Not only was there a major error made, but the complete lack of accountability and dismissiveness from management has only made it worse. I sincerely hope this matter is escalated and addressed properly.
