  I was not a Penske customer, but my personal belongings were inside a Penske truck that the Katy, Texas location took possession of. When I tried to get my property back, I was treated with rudeness, disrespect, and clear bias by the manager, Andrew. His attitude and tone were completely unprofessional and came across as racially discriminatory. I explained the situation many times and tried to cooperate, but instead of helping, Andrew made things more difficult. My personal property including important family items and medication has been held for months without resolution. Even though I wasn’t the one who rented the truck, I expected at least a fair conversation and some respect. Instead, I was treated like I didn’t matter. No one deserves to be spoken to or treated that way. Penske should be ashamed to have someone like this representing their company

  I rented a truck from Penske and made sure to return it with a full tank of gas—100% filled up. To my shock, I was still slapped with an additional bill, claiming that the fuel was not filled up and charging me an outrageous $8 per gallon! When I spoke to customer service, they explained that the trucks *show* a full tank when you fill them up, but after driving for a few minutes, the gas supposedly "settles down" due to bubbles. So now I’m supposed to be responsible for this nonsense? This feels like robbery. I wish I had seen reviews warning about these shady practices before renting from them. If you're considering renting from Penske, beware—you might get hit with unjust charges like I did. Never again!
