  I came through there 2 days ago absolutely the best service I have ever had , the gentleman was so patient and very informative and very knowledgeable would definitely see myself coming back here all the time.

  They're total scammers. I came here just to change my Lexus's battery, but the guys there told me to change both rear shocks, so I did. After changing those, my car became a total piece of crap. Before they changed it, it was super smooth, but now it makes weird noises and is rough to drive.

  I went into the store to get pricing on tires and all of the staff were so friendly. I was greeted politely immediately when I walked in the store. The gentleman at the counter was so nice and answers all of my questions and was so patient with me. I will definitely be back.

  I recently had an exceptional experience at NTB. Despite visiting several tire shops and locations, I have never encountered a more satisfactory service than the one provided by Tyler at this particular establishment. His professionalism and assistance have consistently exceeded my expectations.

My car drives smoother, feels safer, and I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were—no upselling or pressure at all. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great prices, fast service, and trustworthy people, but this place does exactly that.
