As a mom and woman, I didn’t feel safe and this entire establishment did not feel clean. The entrance. The entire place, even the vacuums (2 had very weak suction, had to move my car twice), the entrance where I wanted to make my own choice and quietly proceed was manned by an employee that just talked too much, too quickly, and was just trying to upsell and then asked if I wanted to tip today! I had to tell him how much and he pressed the screen… odd. My car still had dust and debris on the hood afterward which I had to wipe off myself. I chose the platinum wash which is a $22 option!
