  I visited Mavis Tires & Brakes after noticing a nail in one of my tires. I’ve been a loyal Discount Tire customer for years, but after reading reviews for the closest location to me, I decided to try Mavis and I’m glad I did. Jermaine greeted us right away, inspected my tire, gave me a positive update, and directed me to pull into the bay area. From there, Deandre checked the air pressure in all of my tires and added air where needed. He was also kind enough to answer some of my questions. Overall, both of them were friendly, professional, and efficient. The waiting area was clean, and the overall customer service was excellent. It’s hard to find great service these days, so when I find it I appreciate it. Thank you, Jermaine and Deandre, for such a great experience. I will definitely be returning.

  Excellent quality customer service. These guys take great of your car if you’re needing a repair, new tire, or oil change. Visited twice already and they’ve been a blessing.

  10/10 experience I came to get my tires rotated and oil changed they noticed my rim was bent told me how to get a good new one and replaced it and rotated the tires at a discounted price !!
