  Clarence made my visit at Mavis tires very easy. Very professional indeed. Service with a smile. He went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied. I will definitely recommend Mavis tires and brakes to my friends.

  Came in for a tire repair they got my car in and out quickly! The staff was very friendly and the waiting area was nice and clean! The pricing was also very good in my opinion.

  Great service at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Katy! The team was very helpful and quickly checked my car when it was shaking while driving. They explained the issue clearly and fixed it the same day. The staff was professional, honest, and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciate their help and recommend them to anyone who needs tire service. Thank you!

  Chris on the service team went above and beyond with guest service. Being down the road and late for appt he came helped me get car drivable and to my appt. They don’t have a mobile team but Chris took care of me. They are new to the neighborhood but I will be servicing all my vehicles here bc of this hospitality. Thank you again

  Had my oil change done here for the 1st time. Is close by my house 10 minutes so I figured i try. Chris was good he greet me and I tell him that I was doing an oil change. The only thing is I hope they know and be on the same page like their staffs about the pricing. I had called couple of days before my oil change, I had spoken with Clarance on the phone. Thanks to him I was able to save 20 dollars from my oil change and also rotate my tires which is included in the oil change. Chris there was like tire rotations is 19.99 I said I spoke with Clarance and he stated is included in the oil change. Overall Chris did honored it for me , I’ll be looking forward to coming back!
