Failed to reset dash service reminder to do oil change. Still in after almost a week. Now I’ll have to make a special go back visit to remedy it. And 3. Failed to install windshield sticker reminder of mileage for next oil change. The bottom line is I would not go back to this location, even though they did a decent job, but all the things they did do, but because of all the things they failed to do that waste my time I wouldn’t go back.

I had been waiting over 30 mins at this point. and they would just keep looking over at me and chatting each other as if I wasn’t there when I was told to wait and I’d be next. ** I ended up leaving with no service & went to take 5 oil and they got me done in 15 mins. So I wasted 30 mins for nothing, seems like a management issue.

They practically kicked me out of the branch, literally, just because I didn't even understand what the girl was saying about me getting out of my car in a place where I shouldn't have. She kicked me out of the branch and told me to go to another company's branch, and that's exactly what I'm going to do. I'm going to go with another provider, and I'll never, ever set foot in this Jiffy Lube service again. That was all I needed to never go back to one of their branches. I hope this helps you avoid having similar service problems. It is on the Mason rd at Katy location, lazy people, avoid this kind of places! And after this situation I went to Take 5 in the same street and found out that this location is full and with a large lane of vehicles waiting for the service and now I get why, jiffy lube’s people in that location sucks!
