My Ford Transit 350 box truck is exactly 10 feet tall, and I’ve always fit perfectly fine at every other location. At this location, however, I was refused service for a completely made-up reason — they claimed my truck was “too tall,” even though I know for a fact it fits easily. I offered to measure the height of the bay and my truck to prove it, but they just refused to even look. There were no other customers, and it was only 4:00 PM (they work until 5). They simply didn’t want to work and made up an excuse to send me away. That’s pure laziness and disrespect toward loyal customers. This kind of behavior ruins the reputation of the whole brand, which is otherwise excellent. At other locations, I always meet hardworking, honest, and professional mechanics. But here — the staff were unmotivated, careless, and completely unprofessional. I rarely leave reviews, but this time I had to. I hope corporate management sees this and takes action — because people like this are destroying your company’s good name.
