- CRChris Rogers1 day ago1.0Went in for an oil change and without asking they decided to open up my glove box/dashboard, a very complicated process, to inspect my cabin air filter, only to tell me it was in great condition. After leaving, my fan began making a loud screeching and grinding noise. Turns out they completely screwed up my fan which now has to be replaced. Meanwhile I’m about to drive 2500 miles across the country with a horrible sound every time I turn on the air. Absolute amateur hour over there. Highly recommend avoiding this Jiffy Lube.

Furthermore a couple that came in the waiting after me made a comment saying the guys must be taking a union break because they were in the back circled around taking a smoke break. Sure enough when I got back into my Escalade (which is a non smoking vehicle in prestine condition) I couldn’t breathe because of the strong smoke odor. It’s the details fellas. Disappointed.
- DMDoreen MartinDec 27, 20251.0I went in for an emmison test to be able to get my tag renewal. Jiffy Lube decides to do other things like check my oil, check the battery and many other things. I drive home and notice in my garage oil on my garage floor. I open the car hood to find the oil stick is missing and oil is all over the engine. I go back to Jiffy Lube they locate my missing oil stick the also had to add 2 quarts of oil that shot out all over the engine. All I asked for was an emmison test everything else was not necessary. What a big mistake.
- MIMitch-Ulises IIIDec 23, 20251.0The team working in this location are friendly but wow they took forever to do a car inspection....other places are very fast and it is my first time taking my car for inspection here since I moved to katy and it took them 1hour plus .... 😳 I don't think is a good idea to bring a car for inspection to a place that does other things....they are to busy also I saw tjem doing oil change that took a long time too...when the competition do it so fast and you dont have to get out of the car ....I am not coming back here anymore this is bad 😕 also they are more worried about looking for things to charge extra that has nothing to do with a car expetion.... definitely not coming here anymore

Give you what you ask for and don’t try and upsale you anything unless if you ask . They let me know my battery tested bad and recommended I change it soon . I recommend them always
