- JHJessica HoraceNov 2, 20251.0Good Afternoon Isaiah was extremely disrespectful today. The service was horrible from the time I got there until the time I left. I pulled up ahead of three other people. All of whom were serviced before me. I told Isaiah I wanted an oil change. He then asked me to wait inside. He came inside and asked me for my insurance. I was a bit confused but I handed it over to him. Then I asked him about the type of oil he was going to use. He then looked at me and asked what I was talking about. He said I was there for an inspection. I told him no I was there for an oil change and reminded him of our prior conversation. We decided on the oil I was going to use. My car was pulled in and I waited for about an hour. Meanwhile those who arrived after me left. So I asked him was my car done after he was checking out the 3rd person who arrived after me. His reply was they still needed to put my skid plate back. However, my car was just sitting there and no one was working on it. So yet again I asked was it finished. He then finally asks someone who told him that it was. I almost feel as if he was making me wait because I had to correct him, earlier, about the service I requested. I asked if he'd forgotten about me and he flippantly said "probably." Then he argued that I showed up at the same time as two other people. Which wasn't true. I was there beforehand. There was a young lady that left before me that asked a question and he was rude to her as well. I exchanged words with him. Then the manager came over and apologized. I understand having a busy day. But that's not an excuse to be rude to paying customers. He chooses to work in this position. Communicating with the public comes with the territory. If he was in that horrible of a mood maybe have someone else communicate with customers today. The one positive is that the manager was very respectful and I only wish I would've gotten his name. He was trying his best to clean up Isaiah's mess.
