  Mr. Kevin Nunemacher is an asset to Goodyear Auto Service at 1317 W Grand Pkwy. Kevin has wonderful and refreshing customer interaction and service. Kevin went above and beyond for my situation and did exactly what he promised. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I will never go back to Discount Tire.

  Kevin was very patient and great help! He was diligent in the repair process and got great information. The store was busy and he made sure to take care of every single customer even though he was alone! Excellent customer service and great attention to detail!   I went into Goodyear to have 4 tires mounted in balance and my experience was great. They gave me the price up front, but now any hidden cost and the technician that worked on my car was very good and the car drives very smooth, quiet and responsive so I like to thank the service of Goodyear in Katy, Texas. And a special, thanks to Chris.
