I have been a long time Goodyear customer and I see the same camaraderie and enthusiasm I saw in Somerset NJ here. Amazing staff. Prompt work by Christian (technician) with full health checks. So glad to be back to Goodyear. And big shout out to Jim and team at Somerset NJ location for taking care of the Odyssey: its health check passed with not even a proactive recommendation at this time! Because at the dealership I was told I needed the rotors and brakes be replaced. I also ask if they would take pictures for me, which was done. Turns out they didn't need to be replaced. And said on my next visit they look at the back brakes again. I will go back in 6 months. I really appreciate the honesty from the manager and the technician. This has saved me so much mo y. Thank you.

I have been having problems with my vehicle shaking and would have had to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to check what was wrong with my vehicle so I have waited. Came in to get my tires rotated and balanced, and the technician pointing out showing me what the problem was without even asking. Great full for the information and thorough detail of inspection and work done. Definitely recommend this Goodyear!!
