My first time making a appointment and as always this location with these gentleman is always TOP-NOTCH!! pulled up greeted immediately. These guys really always just get it done while making sure I understand what theyre doing, if I need anything, doing everything lights and fluid checks, etc...since getting a engine light diagnostic test they excorted me too the waiting lounge and brought me a pre price estimate for that day service (love that) not gonna lie I didn't realize they charge for that test now 🤦♀️ and without hesitation or asking i was informed that price would be discounted (by nearly half 🥰) i will get his name when I go back, but while informing me of the results he told me in the most understanding way but also didnt talk to me like I was clueless because I was female. Yes they never do either. Thankfully. All said and done I was greeted by Stan who reiterated everything, verified that I sincerely knew what I was told, and even made sure my appointment were appropriate for me timely and financially. They are never just about the money!!! He truly was concerned about me and not how much money he could get out of me. Stan thanks for everything and to everyone there. I know myself and my vehicle are always safe in their care.
