Al was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered my questions thoroughly and had a great telephone manner. All-in-all one of the more outstanding customer service interactions I have had in recent years.

Do not trust your business with Kevin go to a different location. He will charge your account then turn around and threaten to take your truck. Do not do business with Kevin at all.
