I was updated on all charges and knew what to expect prior to picking up the vehicle. I was well treated at the Morton Ranch location where I picked up the car rental.The morning after my car rental, the manager of the Morton Ranch location (Zoe Hill) sent me a text message to see how I was doing with the car rental. I was also sent text messages and emails to confirm the rental return or modify my reservation to add additional car rental days. Everyone was very professional who I spoke to and some agents a little more experienced than others. Overall, I was able to return my car rental earlier than expected without any concerns. Gotta love this location at Morton Ranch in Katy, TX!

Also, consider swiping cards and etc inside the building verses in the parking lot like a drug deal. I believe the company needs to make exceptions for after hour calls because they close early on Saturdays and off on Sundays. Though I respect that, it makes it hard to communicate if there’s an issue.
