  I am a 10-year loyal customer who has consistently bypassed closer locations to use this branch due to their historically great service. Today, I was flatly denied service by Assistant Manager Jose Camacho in what can only be described as a personal, retaliatory decision. After my reserved vehicle was unavailable and Mr. Camacho was dismissive of the price difference, I contacted Corporate for clarification. Corporate contacted the branch directly and instructed them to honor the policy. In direct defiance of Corporate’s instructions, Mr. Camacho then refused to rent me any vehicle at all, stating he was “not getting me going.” He falsely stated that I “refused” a vehicle—an illogical claim for a customer who spent two days calling the branch and then called Corporate twice to ensure the rental happened. He offered to drive me home, confirming I was present and ready to rent and suggested coming back the following day when he would be present or Monday when the manager would be. This is a clear violation of Enterprise’s core values regarding customer service and integrity. I am requesting a formal review by the Area or Regional Manager regarding this documented denial of service following Corporate intervention.

  Wow, what service. We were picked up on time! Delivered to our destination safely! The customer service was unwavering!!! Our car was waiting on us when we arrived. Our service couldn't have been better.

  The people are so friendly and helpful! They are super quick to get you in and out and have a key drop off which is super helpful! They saved me by being open on Sunday! Marcus was very kind and understanding! I will be renting from here from now on!

  The entire team here is pretty sweet! My handler was Barry N. and he was super friendly and thorough when it came to this! This was my first time ever having to deal with a rental company but I had to since my car was hit. He made a stressful situation a quick, easy process but thoroughly explained everything! O highly recommend this place for rentals anytime my family comes down i will recommend this place!

  The best rental car experience we’ve ever had. I am so glad I chose this location, everyone was super professional and friendly. Especially the manager, Joshua. He is awesome. Dell also helped me with the extension, he did it beautifully. Thank you so much 🙏
