  We tried renting a car through Costco which uses Budget. We had a reservation and double checked with them. On the day before our trip, we went to pick up the car at Budget and they didn’t have a car for us. We went to this Enterprise right before closing and they were able to get us in a car. They were so kind and accommodating both when we picked up the car and when we returned it. We will definitely use Enterprise going forward!

  Great Service! We called after being turned away from another enterprise location where we reserved a vehicle but upon arrival to pick it up were told they had no vehicles available in the category we reserved. Connor answered the phone and was so pleasant and offered a few options to help us. So we drove across town & met Connor. He was polite, knowledgeable, helpful & seemed to be impressively running the circus 🎪. While in the midst of the chaos he still gave us A+ customer service and made us feel valued & taken care of. He definitely deserves a promotion/raise!!! After completing our paperwork Joseph walked us to our car & thoroughly explained the contracts, insurance & process to us. We purchased the insurance due to his great sales skills, kindness & patience. Overall we had a 10/10 experience at this location. We will definitely be back again!

  I had car trouble on my way home from work over a week ago, and I knew this Enterprise location would come through—again. I’ve used this branch multiple times in the past, so I never hesitate to return. The staff here is consistently professional, polite, and genuinely kind. Josh, Connor, Marco, and one more gentleman (forgive me I never got his name) have exceeded my expectations with my last couple of rentals. Their customer service truly sets this location apart. Because of their dedication and attention to customers, I will continue to come back and confidently recommend this specific branch to others. While some Enterprise locations don’t always have the best ratings, this one absolutely lives up to its stellar reviews. They strive for excellence and work incredibly hard to deliver it. I highly recommend checking them out the next time you need a vehicle—you won’t be disappointed! EDIT: Two weeks later, after my initial review. The gentleman’s name whom I did not recall is Brandon. I want to personally thank every single employee for their wonderful service, and going above and beyond for me. I am still waiting for my car to be out of the auto shop…and have rented a total of five cars from this location since the week before Christmas. In addition to Josh, Connor, Marco, and Brandon…I also want to extend my many thanks to JD, Barry, Victor, and the men who keep the cars clean (the ones who work in the car wash area in the back) and fueled up for their customers. I will continue to come back to this location, and I will refer people to this branch because they are awesome!! And they continue to offer superb service.   I picked up the rental vehicle on Sunday. Staff was polite attentive and professional. They were kind and went the extra mile to ensure the rental experience was exceptional. It was very impressive to see how they welcomed each customer the same as they entered the door. Thank you to the staff at the Katy Fwy and Mason Rd location.

  Staff were super helpful & professional. It was a Sunday (11/30) and crowded, only 2 staff members, but they worked fast and efficiently to get us out of there. My sales person went above and beyond to help me.
