In a busy work environment people get worked up and give the employees a lot of frustrated dialogue. My experience at this Enterprise with these two individuals has assured my repeat business.

Sitting in a partially full lobby waiting and waiting and waiting for a car that was reserved weeks ago. No sense of urgency to get cars for those waiting. Ridiculous. So far I have seen one person in almost 20 minutes get a car. Never coming here again. Terrible location. Apparently we are waiting for our vehicle to be returned from an employee who had to use it. We only learned that from the employees talking to each other. No updates were ever provided. And after 30 minutes it should only be another 10 or 15 minutes longer. I would give 0 stars but it's not an option. The manager and the customer service get a grade of 'F'.

I had a reservation for 10am and arrived a little late and was told there were no vehicles available. This reservation was made weeks in advance and this inconvenience ruined my weekend. The parking lot was full of vehicles. Yet I was not offered an upgrade (that I would have paid for) but a downgrade. Usually this team is very accommodating and portrays great customer service but the gentleman with the red hair was very passive and unwilling to honor my reservation. Me and my family WILL NOT be renting from this location moving forward. I have another reservation soon and I will be editing the location to prevent further disappointment and failed customer service. I am very disappointed to say the least.
