- JRJesus RamosDec 6, 20255.0I had bought the NGK spark plugs and I received one that was damaged out of the box. I took it to the autozone on FM 1463 and Fry Road to get that one change out. I was told to go to the original location that I bought them by Westheimer Pkway as they could not exchange it for me. I came to this store and the manger Roger with no hesitation took care of the issue no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this store.
