Yesterday, the 15th, I came in and a person served me, looked at my face, and gestured as if to ask why the young man, Conar, hadn't served me. I said I didn't know, and he made a gesture of annoyance towards his own coworker. Today, the 16th, I came in for a headlight replacement for my car, and Conar served me. He told me he couldn't help me. I'm honestly never coming back to this store again in my life; there are much better stores with much better service.

I came to the store so confused and stressed because my car was not operating smoothly. Lee-Andre not only took the time to run a battery and alternator test but also provided some additional clues as to what might cause my car to have malfunctioned. He was at the end of his shift when I arrived and stayed with me until my car cooled down enough to drive safely to my preferred dealer up the street. He went above and beyond my expectations and I left less stressed and clear about how I should proceed. I wish I received service like this more often. Good job, on your hiring!

I called to check if they could check if an electric bike battery was alive - they said yes. 15 minutes later I was there. They tell me they do not do that and denied that I called in advance.
