  I don’t know why they would even hire the guy with the beanie and long hair , been there 3 times and every single time I had to deal with him . Not sure if that’s how he is but that attitude has to change , always seems like he hates to help people out , hardly even speaks at the register just looks so serious , like dude your in your 20s working in autozone LOL

  Exceptional customer service from 23919 FM 529. There is one employee there I think her name is Krys. I would never forget her smile and she was very helpful and very attentive to my needs. Me being a woman feels a little timid going into the auto parts stores but she made me feel like I was in the right place I love that. I hope your manager sees this review because you did an OUTSTANDING JOB as well as the manager on duty. I will always go into this location as long she is there. Thank you Krys. Cheers

  This is the worst customer service I’ve had I was not greeted when I walked in the store by none of the 3 employees that were there. One looked me dead in my eyes and didn’t speak. The other two workers saw us and continued the conversation as we waited in line. Maria checked us out and I needed change for my bill, she walked away to another register without giving me any direction to follow her. There was no conversation the entire transaction. With the property taxes rising and we are promised all these accommodations, i fear the new places are worth nothing if they have poor customer service.
