A rep said "we can't touch fuses". I didn't ask him to touch anything so I just left. Heading to O'Reilly to hopefully get better service.

My father went in as a customer to buy something, and he recently had a major eye surgery, he is currently wearing a patch to protect his eye, and he was wearing it when he was at the store, and when he was ready to check out whichever employee it was told my dad, "what are you a pirate". Very unprofessional and very disrespectful and disgusting. That employee needs to be terminated and I will go in to find out who it was. Get your employees straight mangers.
