Today Oct 20,2025( replaced battery in 2023).Battery shut off my truck twice while driving. Lost power, steering and break with my kids and wife inside. Kendra refused to replace it . She said she only replaced it once. And my warranty is over. She found all kind excuses what battery can be bad and try sell me a new one I wouldn't spend another $300 on a battery and don't get my warranty honor. Advanced Auto lost me as customer for life, potential ( thousand of dollars, I owned 2 boats and 3 vehicles) just because of shady transactions and bad customer service!!!
