- SVsra van3 days ago1.0purchased a screw extractor from this store, and the quality was extremely poor. The tool broke while I was using it for the first time, which is unacceptable for a product like this. When I went back to the store to return it, I was told that only exchanges are allowed and no refunds would be provided. If the product quality were good, there wouldn’t be a need for a return in the first place. I also had a disappointing experience with a store associate named Erica, who spoke with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. I did not have a printed receipt since I paid by credit card, but I requested them to look up the transaction. However, he refused and insisted on a physical receipt, which was frustrating and unhelpful. Overall, poor product quality and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this location.
