A replacement was needed, but the sales manager refused to approve it under warranty. The battery is only 2 years old—just under a month past the mark. After years of doing business here, both personally and professionally, I expected better. Businesses should value loyal customers, not turn them away. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. The one positive thing about my experience today was Taylor. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He changed my battery out quickly and was very professional and polite. He tried to help me get the warranty honored as well. Thank you Taylor for your service. You deserve a raise for your abilities and professionalism. The first guy who tried to help me didn’t even know how to test the battery.
