  Hailey was a no-nonsense customer representative, who got right on my account, honored a warranty on my battery, and got me out of a horrible Christmas holiday bind and on my way!! I am grateful for always getting that kind of service, EVERY time I have had a battery issue while in the DFW area, and have gone to Justin AutoZone. Please recognize her for me; she is, also, a humble employee when being complimented.

  We had a great experience today with Hailey Stone. Not only did she help us choose the correct LED replacement bulbs, but she installed them for us. It would have difficult for us to physically do the installation. She kept patiently working until she got everything done. We 100% support our Justin Auto Zone. Thank you Hailey!!
