Received the response from the lady being the counter "the deli closes in 28 minutes, and I'm not making anymore." I appreciate your attention to this matter. Having worked in food service, I'm very aware what happened here. It's a crew stopping work before closing time to try to get out at the point of time they close. When I worked food and we received an order prior to close, we fulfilled the order. Did that make some of us work past closing time? Yes, but our closers understood this. If they want to get out at 10, and it takes 30 minutes to clean up and close. Put closing time at 9:30. If closing time is at 10, provide service until 10.
- MRM ROct 25, 20252.0Went in to the store just before 10am. The display with hot items like breakfast croissant sandwiches was empty. I asked if they were making more and was told no but they have lunch items ready. Why would I want lunch when asking for a breakfast item?🤔 I had to walk to Sonic for bfast. Theirs was more filling anyway and less expensive. Thanks for supporting truck drivers Pilot! Won't be returning plus it's freakin tight in the small parking lot. I dont recommend this location unless you need fuel only.
