For a while I was very unhappy with my experience, however, there are 4 employees that have always gone out of their way to help me. They make pilot feel like home. Rachel always greets me with a smile and askes me how I am and that can make a day go from terrible to much better, Aliyah is always very helpful and makes sure I find what I need they both have shown me how to use the self checkout, I will admit they have the patience of saints, i learn slow 🤣. When it comes to food I will go straight i subway and see Jonathan, hes always so sweet and can carry a conversation and tells me something interesting. The sub is top tier. if for some reason I don’t feel like subway, I walk right on over to the food side and see Mrs.rosa for the absolutely to die for half a chicken with some mashed and Mack. She is one of the sweetest ladies there, always so cheerful and ready to help, which is more than I can say for the rest of the people behind the counter with her. If it wasn’t for them, i don’t believe pilot would feel like my home away from home. Rachel, Aliyah, Mrs.rosa, and Jonathan have gone above and beyond. Thank you to each of you from the bottom of this truckers heart.

But Rachel took the cake for me. She’s sweet and has a heart of gold. I watched her work the cash register, help other customers and I also saw her outside telling the truck drivers where they could and couldn’t park while maintaining the same positive energy. Thank yall for making me feel like a human and not just a truck driver. I really appreciate the southern hospitality!!

- DWDevin WilliamsDec 17, 20255.0Flew on in to the Pilot in Junction, Texas this morning to get fuel, CAT certified Scale ticket. Which was answered by NAT, and even greated me when I came into the store "Hello Santa, Welcome to Pilot!" Everyone else greated and gave service with a smile to other customers and even while stocking. Such a warm Pilot family here in Junction. Glad I fuel my "Ground Sleigh" [[18 wheels of fun]] here 2 times a week. Traveling across I-10 From Florida to California and Back takes a great amount of fuel. And to claim another Pilot truck stop as warm welcoming like family, is a blessing. Meanwhile my sleigh was overweight and even had to adjust and re-weigh the freight being hauled, so my current sleigh was legal. After that got my cup of Peppermint White Chocolate Hot Cocoa to get on down the way with cheer! The manager gathered up the Family here at this Pilot for a group Photo! Merry Christmas.
